Located in the Hills District, Dolcettini specialises in beautifully hand crafted Italian and French desserts. The menu is always changing, with new desserts constantly making their appearance. The lemon tart and vanilla cannoli were deliciously creamy, with the perfect amount of sweetness. Lining the walls of the patisserie are numerous Sydney Royal Fine Food Show awards, reflecting the calibre of Dolcettini’s baked goods.
The patisserie also offers savoury options for those who pop in for breakfast or brunch. We tried the sausage roll which was very delicious and filling, and they also have paninis and arancini balls. After their meal, customers can enjoy homemade gelato from the gelato bar which offers a variety of flavours from salted caramel to Ferrero Rocher.
Locals often pop in for the organic breads such as the sourdough loaf and pane di casa which are baked fresh daily. Dolcettini also caters for special events and offers wholesale for businesses. Customers can purchase their signature cakes or stunning croquembouches which are made to order. If you’re ever in the area, I highly recommend you check this place out.
