Journey to the Centre of Sydney

Hi guys. Hope you are having a great holiday now. Are you newly arrived international students to Sydney? Do you have any difficulties in adapting to the life in Sydney after 1-2 semesters? Then the City of Sydney’s International Student Ambassadors is organizing an event that can enhance your experience in Sydney.

Joining this one-day “Journey to the Centre of Sydney” trip, where you have the opportunity to walk through the Sydney Harbour Bridge (its panoramic view will be unforgettable), gaining some interesting knowledge about the city and enjoying a pizza lunch with your international student leadership and ambassador (ISLA) cohort! They also have special gifts for those who answers our questions correctly on the day!

The journey starts on Custom House (31 Alfred Street, Circular Quay). You can take photos of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, Opera House as we walk past landmarks including Sydney Tower, Hyde Park, St Mary’s Cathedral, Chinese Garden of Friendship, Darling Quarter and Sydney Town Hall.

The event is hosted by the members from the International Student Leadership & Ambassadors (ISLA) of City of Sydney. This is the group of international students come from 16 countries and 19 universities, colleges and TAFE.
